Hull & Machinery Insurance is a fundamental protection of a vessel against damage. The vessel, including her machinery and equipment, it´s insured to her full value. This insurance protects the vessel against physical damage caused by a peril of the maritime adventure.

This insurance protects vessel owners or operators against liability for personal injury, loss of life, third-party or crew property including defense against lawsuit by third parties.
This policy is designed for vessel charterers and provides coverage for the charterer’s legal or contractual obligation to a vessel owner as specified in a charter agreement.
Covers risks such as damage to the hull, docking, loading, unloading and stowage of cargo, damage to berthing facilities and other vessels and loss of life or bodily injury to third parties resulting from acts of the charterer.
Cargo insurance or freight insurance, covers the risks of loss or damage to goods and merchandise while in transit by any method of transport – sea, rail, road or air – and while in storage anywhere in the world between the points of origin and final destination.
The Vessel or Hull Builder’s Risk insurance policy is designed to cover a vessel and related property and materials from the start of construction through the final delivery to the customer.
Coverage can be placed for the builder or owner of the vessel and insures against physical loss or damage to the vessel and collision liability and protection and indemnity exposures during sea trials and delivery.
This marine policy is designed to provide the terminal operator with coverage for damage to cargo while in their care, custody and control. This coverage is typically combined with Comprehensive Marine Liability and/or Stevedore’s Legal Liability and Wharfinger’s Legal Liability for a complete liability program.
